I-129 | Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker

• Beginning March 25, 2024, USCIS will accept Form I-129 for non-cap H-1B petitions. 
• Beginning April 1, 2024, USCIS will accept Form I-129 for H-1B cap petitions for petitioners whose registrations have been selected. 

I-131 | Application for Travel Documents, Parole Documents, and Arrival/Departure Records

Filing for:

• Initial parole documents for noncitizens who are currently outside the United States but are not applying under a specific parole program or process. This includes individuals applying for themselves or for someone else (Part 1. Box 7 on Form I-131)
• Arrival/departure records for noncitizens who are requesting a new period of parole (from inside the United States), also known as re-parole, under the following programs or processes:
  • Certain Afghans Paroled into the United States after July 31, 2021 (Part 1. Box 10.B on Form I-131)
  • Certain Ukrainians Paroled into the United States after Feb. 24, 2022 (Part 1. Box 10. C on Form I-131)
  • Filipino World War II Veterans Parole Program (Part 1. Box 10. D on Form I-131)
  • Immigrant Military Members and Veterans Initiative (Part 1. Box 10. E (1)(2) or (3) on Form I-131)
  • Central American Minors Program (Part 1. Box 10. F on Form I-131)
  • Family Reunification Task Force Process (Part 1. Box 10. G. on Form I-131)

You cannot file online if you are filing for a Cuban Family Reunification Parole (CFRP) add-on derivative beneficiary. You must file a paper version of Form I-131.

I-134A | Online Request to be a Supporter and Declaration of Financial Support

Filing for a:

• Ukrainian or their immediate family member as part of Uniting for Ukraine;
• Cuban, Haitian, Nicaraguan, or Venezuelan or their immediate family member as part of the Processes for Cubans, Haitians, Nicaraguans, and Venezuelans; or
• Colombian, Cuban, Ecuadorian, Guatemalan, Haitian, Honduran, or Salvadoran or their immediate family member as part of the family reunification parole processes.

I-539 | Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status

• USCIS is accepting Form I-907 requests, filed via paper form or online, for applicants seeking a change of status to F-1, F-2, M-1, M-2, J-1, or J-2 status, who have a pending Form I-539, Application to Extend/Change Nonimmigrant Status, or when filed together with Form I-539.

I-765 | Application for Employment Authorization

Online PDF filing option available for these categories:

• (a)(12) – Temporary Protected Status granted;
• (c)(8) – Application for employment authorization based on pending Form I-589, Application for Asylum or for Withholding of Removal, and applicants for pending asylum under the ABC Settlement Agreement ;
• (c)(9) - Certain family-based and employment-based applicants pending adjustment of status under Section 245 of the Immigration and Nationality Act; 
• (c)(11) – Paroled for urgent humanitarian or significant public benefit purposes; or
• (c)(19) – Certain pending TPS applicants whom USCIS has determined are prima facie eligible for TPS and who may then receive an EAD as a “temporary treatment benefit” under 8 C.F.R. 244.10(a).

Note: If you are applying for a (c)(9) Pending Adjustment of Status category of Form I-765 that is fee exempted, do not submit your application through the PDF filing option at this time. If you file Form I-765 for the (c)(9) category, you will be required to pay a fee or submit a fee waiver request. If you are fee-exempt and proceed with paying the fee and submitting your application through the PDF filing option, USCIS will not issue you a refund. If you are filing under a fee exempt category, you should mail a paper Form I-765 to the address on the Direct Filing Addresses for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization website to receive the fee exemption.

Guided online filing option available for these categories:

• (a)(12) – Temporary Protected Status granted
• (c)(3)(A) – F-1 student, pre-completion Optional Practical Training (OPT);
• (c)(3)(B) – F-1 student, post-completion OPT;
• (c)(3)(C) – F-1 student, 24-month extension of OPT for science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) students;
• (c)(8) – Application for Employment Authorization Based on Pending Form I-589, Application for Asylum or for Withholding of Removal and Applicants for Pending Asylum under the ABC Settlement Agreement;
• (c)(11) – Paroled for urgent humanitarian or significant public benefit purposes;
• (c)(19) – Certain pending TPS applicants whom USCIS has determined are prima facie eligible for TPS and who may then receive an EAD as a “temporary treatment benefit” under 8 C.F.R. 244.10(a); or
• (c)(33) – Consideration of Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) (You must have a pending or approved Form I-821D in order to file Form I-765).

I-907 | Request for Premium Processing Service

Filed either via paper form or online, for:

• Petitioners filing Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, for non-cap H-1B petitions (starting March 25, 2024). 
• Petitioners filing Form I-129, Petition for a Nonimmigrant Worker, for H-1B cap petitions (starting April 1, 2024). 
• Certain F-1 students who already have a pending Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization, or when filed together with Form I-765, if they are filing under one of the following categories:
  • (c)(3)(A) – Pre-Completion OPT;
  • (c)(3)(B) – Post-Completion OPT; and
  • (c)(3)(C) – 24-month Extension of OPT for STEM students.
• Applicants seeking a change of status to F-1, F-2, M-1, M-2, J-1, or J-2 status, when filed together with Form I-539.

I-912 | Request for Fee Waiver

The online PDF filing option is available for Form I-912, Request for Fee Waiver, only as part of the online PDF filing process for these categories for Form I-765, Application for Employment Authorization:

• (a)(12) – Temporary Protected Status granted;
