You were issued an electronic Form I-94 by U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP) upon your admission at a Port of Entry (POE) at an airport or seaportVisit the CBP Web site at www.cbp.gov/I94
You are filing Form I-102 because you are a military member of NATO or Partnership for Peace under SOFA, and are seeking an initial Form I-94, submit this application through your foreign commander or his/her designee to NATO/Headquarters, Supreme Allied Commander Transformation (NATO/HQ SACT)
